Order purchased from our website can be return within 14 days after the order is delivered and you must ensure that the product is unused.

In order to return an item purchased from our website, contact us to obtain a return authorisation number from your account and then download and complete our return and refund form enclosing it with your order in its original condition, along with the original despatch note and packaging.


Returns procedure

1) To obtain a return authorisation number, please applied for products return on your personal account and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible. 

2) After you have obtain a return authorisation number from OKEUS, please download and complete our returns form enclosing it with your order in its original condition, along with the original despatch note and packaging.

3) Items purchased online can be returned via post
